Royal Tea is a well-known beverage brand, and I’ve been a fan since they operated as a small roadside stall.
Interestingly, a young friend of mine used to work there, and I was so fond of their drinks that I would drive an hour each way just to get some Royal Tea. My friends thought I was crazy!

Environment
The store is incredibly cute with a Japanese-style decor, and they follow a takeout beverage shop model. I happened to visit during a very unusual weekday time, so there was no crowd – quite lucky!
On weekends, it’s a completely different story – there’s often a long queue, so long that it even affects traffic!
They have a menu with a bamboo scroll-style design on the wall – it’s really charming. My favorites are the Mongolian Fresh Milk Tea and the Beauty Fresh Milk Tea!

What? Isn’t unsweetened milk tea unpleasant? Not at all – because as soon as you add the pearl powder, it’s just perfect!
